Mission half-accomplished.... & Pre-12may celebration



Today, 5 May. The gotong royong begins. We all chose this day because Cik Maz will be the first one leaving the house. huhu...=( So, taking the chance to clear up the unneeded things. The first picture on top will be Cik Jue's and Cik Maz belongings. (Cik Jue tu dah kali ke 3 dah mengangkut tu..hehe..) I joined them a little bit late because I had to settle the bills at the Post Office first. (And late this evening, received TMNET bill plak. Aiyaa!!)

Finished with the project, everyone eating their cake. Actually, the cake was meant for last night celebration where we had our last housmates dinner at Cheras. (inclusive cik Aqmaal, thanks for the ride!!!)

Such a very gorgeous shawl from cik Jue!!! Dah lama sangat aim nak beli shawl. Tapi ku ni kan menggediks sikit. Kalau diri sendiri yang pergi beli sumer pun nampak tak best. hehehe... Nasib baik tak beli shawl masa kat uptown last night. Hehe.. hajat terbatal bila dalam purse tinggal RM1 jek. Thanks a lot cik Jue!! Harap-harap our future bilik guru ada aircond.

Another gift is from Anis, Aizam and Lina. A white F.Timber Handbag!!!! You guys really observant tau. Memang kiter nak sangat...sangat..sangat... handbag kaler putih...because I got 2 black handbags already. Thanks alot u guys!!!! Muuuaaahhh!!!!

Let's Cooking..... =)


Alright everyone.....! The first signature dish of the 'superb zaff'.. hehe... is Steamed Kerapu. The credit goes to my 'Ibu' for this receipe. (Ku kene masak menu ni Jumaat lepas bila Ibu balik lambat.) Cara-cara nak memasaknyer...

1. Merinate ikan dengan oyster, sedikit garam dan lada sulah. Hiris halia besar dan serai dan letakkan keliling ikan. Biarkan ia diluar seketika.

2. Meanwhile, potong la sayur-sayuran yang nak dimasukkan sekali such as tomatoes, saderi dan cauliflower.

3. Untuk tumisan, hiris halus hali muda dan bawang putih. Tumis sehingga garing bersama
minyak bijan.

4. Masukkan tumisan tadi dan kukus ikan. Half through, masukkan sayur. (taknak sayur
lembikss)

5. Dalam 30minit dah siap dah kot. Taburkan daun ketumbar. Dan Siiiaaapp!!!


The second menu is "Kuey Teow Gulung". Resipi ni telah diperturunkan ilmunya setelah ku bertapa di Gua PINK. Hehe.. The credit for this receipe goes to SangDewi Restaurant.

Kuah:
1. Tumis hirisan halia, bawang merah dan bawang putih. Kemudian, hirisan isi ayam, fishballs and fishcakes. (subject matter can be changed. hehehe...) letak lada sulah sikit!

2. Then, masukkan air bergantung pada jumlah orang makan. Masukkan 1 atau 2 kiub ayam bergantung sukatan air tadi. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan masukkan carrots serta bancuhan air tepung jagung. (ni pun bergantung pada kesukaan untuk kepekatan)

3. Dan mendidih, tutup api dan masukkan sayur sawi.

Part 2

1. Goreng telur. Ni memang kepakaran yang akan tiba setelah beberapa kali membuat telur goreng yang besar dan asyik terkoyak. Dengan hanya sebiji telur, titiskan minyak dan ratakan keserata kuali. Biarkan ia betul-betul panas. Curah telur dari tepi dan pusing2kan kuali.

2. Gulung kuey teow, mihun atau mee dengan telur goreng tadi. Hiaskan dengan daun bawang dan bawang goreng serta suhun goreng.

3. Tuang kuah tadi. For maximum satisfaction, sediakan sambal kicap dan limau.
